Designed for your account

Personal when you need simplicity. Business when you need structure.

Personal account

Keep private daily records without settlement pressure.

Enable individual mode in Settings and add purchase or sale entries directly from Home. Your records remain personal and previous-month outstanding amounts are shown as rollover context—not as an advance.

  • Individual purchase and sale entries
  • Monthly totals and rollover view
  • No settlement requirement
  • Personal activity and detail navigation
Business account

Switch between your own records and organized groups.

Business users can work in individual mode or grouped mode. Owners see totals across groups they administer; members see only their relevant records.

  • Multiple records groups
  • Owner and member-aware dashboards
  • Pricing, advances and settlements
  • Purchase, sale and member records

Daily records

Milk records that preserve entered quantity and calculate the right payable quantity.

Use simple fixed pricing or fat-based pricing while keeping the original entry available for review.

Purchase, sale and individual entries

Record date, type, units, pricing details and the relevant member or group. Edit mode keeps context visible while limiting editable values where the business rules require it.

  • Group and individual modes remain separate
  • Today’s dashboard totals use the logged-in user’s relevant records
  • Each recent activity item opens its matching transaction detail

Base fat and payable quantity

Collectors can define a base fat percentage with its price. The entered quantity is retained, while fat pricing calculates a net quantity for the amount:

Net quantity = entered quantity × measured fat ÷ base fat
Example: 100 L at measured fat 50 with base fat 65 produces 76.92 L for amount calculation.

Base-price and fat-matrix inputs remain independent, while base fat is paired with its corresponding price.

Monthly balance, rollover and settlement

Grouped records preserve settlement workflows. An unsettled prior-month balance rolls forward as an opening outstanding—not as a new advance. Individual mode provides rollover context only and does not require settlement.

Owner, member and no-group visibility

Dashboard data is scoped to the signed-in user. Group owners can view the totals for groups they administer, group members see their own purchase or sale, and users without a group can still see their individual entries.

Common questions

Important details, without the fine-print feeling.

Can I use SplitPi without creating a group?

Yes. Personal expenses, debts and individual daily records work without a records group. Individual mode can be enabled from Settings.

Does individual daily-record mode require settlement?

No. It is designed for personal record keeping. A prior-month outstanding is shown as rollover context so your totals remain understandable.

Can a business user manage several groups?

Yes. Group-owner summaries can cover the groups that user administers, while member views remain scoped to the member’s own activity.

What happens when an invoice is not read correctly?

You review and edit extracted bill items before saving. SplitPi does not treat extraction as final without your confirmation.

Does SplitPi read transaction SMS?

No. The Google Play release does not request SMS-read permission and the SMS draft feature is not available.

How do I delete my account?

Use Profile → Settings → Delete account and data, or use the public account-deletion page linked below.
